The Chairwoman


To our dear students, parents, guardians, supporters, friends and benefactors,

Allow me to share with you my simple vision for the RSST which is to be a school for the marginalized sectors of our society and this means the poor, the hungry, the homeless, the unemployed and underemployed as well as the disabled who find it hard to be integrated into the normal flow of social transactions on account of their difficult situation. My humble mission as well as my school administrators is to invite as many donors and benefactors who can share with us the burden of meeting the financial needs of our students to allow them to complete their studies without the worries of tuition, fares, meals, uniforms and sundry other expenses till graduation time. I know this is an ambitious target by us but God-willing, and with the help of the public and private contributions, I believe this could be achieved with determination and strong will.

Having experienced poverty myself in my young life, I managed to finish my education with sheer guts and with the help of many men and women of golden hearts and minds. Having reached some comfort in life, it has become my advocacy to uplift those others willing to improve their lot by way of education. This is the reason why RSST is here. I would like to say it is your partner school towards life changing career or livelihood. Study with us and allow us to be your partner in charting your future.

The Academe

Renaissance School of Science & Technology, RSST (formerly The PRISMS) is the product of years of work, study, planning and experience by many individuals. The idea to create a quality preparatory, elementary, secondary and Technical Vocational Two (2) years Ladderized Courses in Morong, Rizal began as a response to the community's increasing demand for quality education with emphasis on modern Science, Mathematics, Development in Education Values, Information Technology, business-related training and global changes that require school children and adult to be universally competitive to innovated system or curricular offerings, methods of teaching strategies in line with rigorous national and informational academic standards for adult learners who are either changing careers or in need of an educational update in the areas of computers, business planning, accounting, sales or administrative skills. Research showed that people with strong skills in these areas could expect better pay than "entry level" salaries in a variety of jobs. So the curriculum was designed to train students in these areas as well as prepare those interested in principles planning and development.

The school was incorporated in September 2004 and officially opened in May 2005 offering only preparatory and elementary education. After extensive research of community needs and demand for secondary and vocational courses, plans were framed for expanded secondary level, business and computer programs for day and evening courses. THE PRISMS was then amended to Renaissance School of Science & Technology Inc. (RSST Inc.) in the year 2006.

RSST is committed to produce quality students who are reliable, functional, worthy of God, people and country with unique individual identity through relevant exposures to advance science and modern technology based on special curriculum and excellent instruction.

RSST is a nurturing private educational institution that develops modern science and useful technology to produce globally, highly competitive and morally upright citizens who can respond intelligently to the present and future needs of the community for social transformation and progress.

Our Philosophy

The RSST believes in the innate goodness of the individual. It recognizes the need and desire of the learner for discipline and order, for character is considered as important as academic performance.

The RSST believes that learning is best achieved through diverse teaching strategies and multimedia approach in an intellectually, honest way done excellently.

Our Goals

1. The RSST is human development-centered which upholds unique individual identity by developing a deep sense of heritage and culture.

2. The RSST seeks to develop all aspects of human development not only physical, mental, spiritual, social and emotional to become globally competitive in all areas of education to prepare the students for future endeavors in the labor market.

3. To serve the students with understanding and love, teaching them to strive for excellence in whatever they do.

4. To provide extension services through its short term technological business career courses.

5. To provide educational opportunities and training and serve as center for development on technological business career programs.

6. The RSST instills in the minds of students relevant matters not only in the academic phase of advance science-based curriculum but also in the practical side of character molding geared towards becoming useful and upright citizens of the country.
